My name is Isabel and I am the founder of Mind and Soul.

I am a Transformational Spiritual Coach, Mindset Coach, Teacher, Healer and Intuitive. I specialize helping others understand, heal, and transform their mindset and core beliefs in order to allow them to tap into the very highest version of themselves.

I am passionate about helping others remember/restore their rightful birthright of feeling Protected, Joyful, and Abundant.

Hi, I’m Pooja Mahtani, and I founded Akasha Codes. As a Reiki Healer, Psychic-Medium, Akashic Records Practitioner, Soul Activator, and Intuitive Energy Healer, I offer a range of healing services.

After going through life’s ups and downs, including some of the most challenging times of my life, I discovered my soul’s purpose: to use my experiences and professional expertise to help others.

My mission is to serve those who feel lost, those who have lost their spark for life, and those who know that they are meant to do and experience more in life than they currently are. Through one-on-one and group Akasha Codes healing sessions, I provide answers, healing, block and trauma removal, and the restoration of peace and joy in life.

It brings me great joy to see people I work with regain their sense of peace, joy, and empowerment. I believe that as I guide and support those who work with me, we create a ripple effect in our families, communities, and ultimately, the world.
